John has been with Goudy for over a decade and prior to joining us has 20+ years working in the Seattle metropolitan commercial construction market. John is viewed as a thoughtful leader among his clients and colleagues. He enjoys building long-term relationships with individuals who share a similar work ethic and dedication to the field.

His projects include building renovations, tenant improvements, restaurants, healthcare renovations, corporate headquarters and data centers.  His expertise in construction concepts includes cost estimation, subcontracting, and budgeting.  John enjoys learning his clients’ business to enable him to understand and meet their needs.
