Goudy worked with our mainland Chinese client to deliver this high-end culinary experience to a demanding clientele. We helped manage their furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as solving some financial hurdles in the process.

When our original ducting routes were rescinded due to project complications, Goudy had to investigate and create a new exhaust duct pathway through an adjacent hotel conference center for this seven 15,000 CFM and (7) hood kitchen.
