Goudy Construction Company provided two years of preconstruction services and then completed construction of this 50,000 sf school building in August 2010. Building on an occupied campus, directly adjacent to classrooms and playgrounds, Goudy worked closely with the staff and parish community to create a safe work environment.

Our project budget and open book approach allowed the parish to add scope as the project and funding progressed. At project completion St Louise had optimized their construction spending to allow planned future expansion to occur with minimal impact to the campus.
