Goudy Construction joined the project team to address schedule and budget concerns. The 160,000 sf garage parks 470 cars and was delivered in 10 months from breaking ground. Local soil conditions required the installation of 500 stone columns installed to a depth of fifty feet. A concrete matt foundation was placed on top of the stone columns followed by five levels of steel structure. •500 stone columns to a depth of 50 feet for foundation support
